We wanted to give our community a heads-up about a few changes coming next week.
Like many businesses, we've continued to see the cost of nearly everything we use every day increase, from the coffee we source and roast here in Toronto to ingredients, packaging and the many other pieces of the puzzle that go into running our cafés.
We've worked hard to absorb as much of those increases as we can and to be thoughtful about where changes are actually necessary. Beginning next week, you'll notice some adjustments to our prices.
We know everyone is feeling the impact of higher costs these days, so this isn't a decision we've taken lightly, nor has it been an easy one to make. Our goal continues to be finding the right balance: keeping Hale accessible while maintaining the quality of the coffee, ingredients and experience that our customers have come to expect from us.
We're incredibly grateful to everyone who makes Hale part of their day, whether that's at one of our cafés or enjoying our coffee at home. Whether we're part of your daily routine or an occasional stop, your support allows us to keep doing what we love.
