RETURN POLICY – COFFEE


Keep it! We do not accept any coffee returns however we want you to be satisfied at all times and will gladly work with you to resolve the matter. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your coffee in case of any issues. We will do our best to have that wonderful, fresh coffee taste and aroma where it should be.   


RETURN POLICY – MERCHANDISE (NON-COFFEE ITEMS)


In regards to non-coffee products, we will not replace any used items. Kindly email us your order number, reason for exchange or return, and the items and quantities you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of order date. We will provide you with details on how to proceed with the return or exchange process. All returns or exchanges must be placed in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All prices quoted and accepted on this website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) only.

We may also contact you by email every now and then to update you on our news and offers unless you specifically ask us not to do so by email. We may also contact gift recipients for news updates unless they ask us not to do so by email.
