Grown at elevations of 900–1100 masl in the renowned regions of Jinotega and Matagalpa, this blend utilizes Marsellesa and Catimor varietals. It beautifully combines Jinotega’s smooth, full-bodied sweetness with Matagalpa’s bright acidity and rich chocolate characteristics.
The resulting brew features a strong body with flavor notes of dark chocolate and orange bitters, mild hints of tobacco, perfectly balanced by a bright, refreshing grapefruit finish.
