Grown across generations in Brazil’s fertile Alta Mogiana region, São Pedro farm (including the Eldorado estate run by Maria Lucia and Laece França Faleiros) produces award-winning, high-quality Arabica coffee. Shifting to specialty coffee in 2010, the farm cultivates the high-yielding Catucai variety at altitudes up to 1,200 meters.

Using a natural (dry) process, the beans absorb natural sugars from the coffee cherry. A medium roast unlocks a full-bodied cup with low-medium acidity, featuring distinct notes of chocolate, nuts, and red cherry. This farm pioneers sustainability by utilizing eco-friendly biological inputs and organic fertilizers to protect local biodiversity
